We keep our cacao unroasted to preserve the heat-sensitive polyphenols (healthy plant compounds), ensuring our chocolate stays nutrient-rich and full of flavour, as nature intended.

Our organic coconut comes from tropical island of Mindanao in The Philippines. These small producers place special emphasis on recruiting and empowering women and local indigenous communities
